Position Summary:
The Analyst is responsible for day-to-day project and campaign management for prospects and clients of the company.  The Analyst is also responsible for maintaining and creating relationships with third party vendors to purchase inquiries on behalf of Gragg clients in order to hit or exceed approved client budget.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Report and discuss current trending of campaigns to clients on conference calls.
  • Research and provide recommendations to the client for placement and strategy via written and verbal communication.
  • Suggest new innovations to increase profitability and productivity through new processes or system improvement.
  • Recommend additional verticals of third party inquiry generation
  • Detect new methods to increase budgets and spend of current clients through Affiliate & Aggregation Management initiatives and assist account service in the cross sell of other Gragg products that could further enhance client Affiliate & Aggregation Management results.
  • Evaluate existing vendors based on key performance metrics including validity rates, conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
  • Monitor, optimize and report on performance of campaigns on a weekly basis.
  • Understand the needs of current and potential clients and assist in new client launches to ensure budgets are properly planned.
  • Assist with New Business prospects as necessary
  • Analyze conversion data per vendor, program zip code or any other means of optimization.
  • Act as an integral part of the agency by informing staff members of important lessons learned.
  • Manage Affiliate & Aggregation Management marketing budgets for effectiveness and efficiency and report on performance vs. goals as directed.  This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Analyzing trending per client, per campus, and overall
    • Analyzing scrub rates and inefficiencies system-wide
    • Managing client budgets with respect to overall client goals
  • Assist in department billing and vendor reconciliation on a monthly basis.
  • Delegate tasks to marketing coordinators to increase department efficiency and review work for accuracy.
  • Report to work during scheduled business hours.
  • Act as a positive, productive member of the team and company.
  • All other duties as assigned.
